3. Community (when active)

• You must be 18+ to create an account.
• You’re responsible for what you publish.
• Not allowed: content that incites violence, attacks people, exposes child data without consent, makes categorical medical misinformation, or is commercial advertising without authorization.
• Moderation may edit, hide, or remove content that violates these rules. An audit log is kept.
• Repeat violations lead to temporary suspension; extreme conduct (threats, doxing) leads to permanent ban.

4. Intellectual property

Editorial content (text, original illustrations, code) is owned by Mil Dias. Quoting with attribution is allowed; full reproduction requires permission.

User-posted community content remains theirs but is licensed to Mil Dias for display and moderation.

5. Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is". We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on any content here. Responsibility for the baby’s health belongs to caregivers together with qualified healthcare professionals.

6. Changes to terms

Material changes will be flagged on the site for 30 days before taking effect.
